WUOLLET BAKERY OPENS THIRD MINNEAPOLIS LOCATION

A local bakery that has been in business for more than 75 years has opened their third Minneapolis location.

Wuollet Bakery and Coffee is now open at 822 W Lake Street in a space that was previously home to the Urban Bean. While this may be the third Minneapolis location for Wuollet Bakery, it’s actually their sixth bakery in the Twin Cities.

One difference from their other locations is that the Lake Street Wuollet is the first location to be centered around not pastries, but coffee. The shop serves Chicago-based Intelligentsia Coffee which they use to create classic coffee drinks along with a few new and unique coffee drinks. This Wuollet location also even makes their own in-house chai and syrups.

Don’t worry, the menu still includes classic pastries, cakes and breads from Wuollet Bakery’s Fulton location along with delicious donuts from A Baker’s Wife. Hey, there’s even a lunch menu that includes sandwiches and a number of other lunchtime items to make sure you don’t go hungry while working the day away on your laptop.

Wuollet Bakery and Coffee is located at 822 W Lake Street and is open daily from 7am to 8pm.
