SWEETGREEN TO OPEN LOCATION IN THE NORTH LOOP

sweetgreen is finallyyyy opening a location in Minneapolis. 🎉🎊🎉

The extremely popular fresh food chain is planning their first Minneapolis location in the North Loop. sweetgreen is anticipated to open later this year in a space that was formerly home to Moose & Sadie’s located at 212 N. 3rd Ave. The 2,828 square foot space will have seating for 27 indoors along with additional seating on a large outdoor patio.

sweetgreen specializes in fresh, plant-forward, earth friendly food. Their menu features tons of different salads, bowls and plates that can be ordered as signature items or customized to your personal liking. One major part of sweetgreen’s menu is the fact that their menu changes out seasonally, ensuring that there’s always a delicious variety of offerings.

sweetgreen’s first location opened in Washington, D.C. in 2007, since then the company has expanded to over 140 locations with plans to open 30 more this year. In Minnesota, the company is also planning a location in St. Paul along Grand Avenue and at The Galleria in Edina.
