PIZZA HUT OPENING NEW CENTRAL ENTRANCE LOCATION

Construction is underway on a new Pizza Hut located in the Central Village retail center at 101 E Central Entrance. The space previously housed a Salon Centric location that recently closed; it was the company's only location in the Northland.

Pizza Hut's newest Duluth location will be similar to the one that opened a few years back in the Shops at BlueStone. It will feature a dine in area, bar with a complete list of beers and other alcoholic drinks, and of course there will be the option for take and delivery.

MUY! Pizza Minnesota LLC will operate the location, they also have two other locations within Duluth including the Shops at BlueStone location mentioned above and also one location on Grand Avenue in West Duluth.

With Pizza Hut vacating their current location on Central Entrance it will allow Kleiman Realty to move forward with their plans of redeveloping the former BP Station along with the Pizza Hut, UPS Store, and potentially the Laundromat into a new retail center. The exact plans for what that building could include or the size of the building have yet to be made public however at one point early estimates stated the development could include somewhere between 25,000-30,000 square feet of retail space.

Pizza Hut is expected to relocate from their location that currently sits a block away at 17 W Central Entrance to their new location sometime in late April or early May.
