Construction will begin later this year on a new medical office building within the massive Highland Bridge development.
Located at the corner of Ford Parkway and Mount Curve Boulevard, the two-story, 60,000 square foot building will include space for multiple tenants. In fact, the project is already 73% pre-leased.
M Health Fairview will anchor the building and will relocate their clinic, which is currently located at 2155 Ford Parkway, to the new building when it is complete in 2023. The new clinic will occupy 26,000 square feet of space on the second floor of the building along with a portion of the first floor where M Health Fairview will open a pharmacy.
The new clinic will provide primary care services including family, womenβs, and general pediatric care. The clinic will also provide urgent care services with extended and weekend hours. In addition, M Health Fairview Rehabilitation Services will also be located within the new space and will offer physical therapy and sports medicine services.
16,200 square feet of space within the building is still available to be leased to tenants that offer clinical and specialty health care services or general healthcare office functions. Ryan Companies will construct the new building which will be built accordingly with the City of St. Paulβs sustainable building standards and is also anticipated to earn a LEED Silver Certification.
Work on the Highland Bridge Medical Office building is anticipated to begin in December and be complete in the spring of 2023.
