LIFE TIME WORK TO OPEN IN DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS

Life Time Work will soon open their third Minnesota location, this time in Downtown Minneapolis.

Located at 30 S 9^th Street, Life Time Work will occupy three floors and cover over 53,000 square feet of space within “Thirty”, a six story, 125,000 square foot creative office complex that is located within a building that previously was home to the YMCA.

The new flagship location will feature over 75 offices, 10 conference rooms, 22 quiet rooms, private phone rooms and a number of open meeting spaces. The company is moving forward with the Downtown location due to the recent shift in the workplace as companies begin to exit their long-term leases and look for more flexible solutions.

Life Time Work is anticipated to open in April at 30 S 9^th Street.
