Plans for the third and final phase of Satori Village are moving forward.

Satori Senior Living is the last project planned for the three-phase Satori mixed-use project which will be located along the intersection of W Broadway Avenue and N Bryant Avenue in the Near North neighborhood.

JADT Development Group plans to construct the new five-story building on a site that is made up of five different parcels of land. Today, those parcels of land include a vacant site, two single-family homes, a two-family home, and a surface parking lot, all of which will be demolished to make way for the new building.

The new building will include 78 residential units and 65 indoor parking spaces. Units within the building will be marketed towards individuals 55 years of age and older. The units will range in size from 520 to 1,084 square feet and will feature studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den and two-bedroom layouts. Amenities within the building will include a fitness center and yoga room, a community room, a library/media room, a clubroom, and an outdoor amenity deck on the second floor of the building.

Designed by LSE Architects, Inc, the new building will be clad in brick, fiber cement paneling, corrugated metal, aluminum storefront and glazing. Pinnacle Management, LLC will manage the building once complete.

Construction on Satori Senior Housing is anticipated to begin in spring 2023 and be complete in late 2024.
