Butcher & The Boar will soon come back to life, this time in the North Loop.
The iconic Minneapolis establishment will open a new location next summer in the Bassett Creek Business Center. The restaurant and bar will occupy 12,000 square feet of space that is currently a temporary home for Mpls.St.Paul Magazine.
The new restaurant will be designed by Shea Inc and will include an extensive renovation of the interior which features timber ceilings, exposed brick and ample windows that provide tons of natural daylight. The exterior will also see updates including the addition of a new entry at the corner of the building along N 3rd Avenue and an outdoor patio with new landscaping.
Jester Concepts chose the new location due to the vibrant neighborhood, the buildingβs access to parking and the fact that it is just down the road from some of the companyβs other restaurants including Borough and Parlour.
Butcher & The Boar is anticipated to open in Summer 2022 and will be located at 913 3rd Avenue N.
