Millberry Apartments is located at 700 Emerald Street SE in the St. Anthony Park neighborhood. The building is being developed by Dominium and was designed by Minneapolis-based BKV Group.
When the $38 million project is complete in Fall 2019 the building will offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities within the project will include a community room, modern fitness center, underground heated parking and more.
