Minnesotaโs tallest residential building has officially topped out.
Eleven has reached its final height of 550โ. The new mixed-use tower, which is located in the Mill District, will include 41 stories of space that will be home to condominiums along with commercial space and multiple parking levels. The new residential building was designed by New York-based RAMSA and is being constructed by Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies.
This past week, the final floor that will house mechanical space was added to the top of the tower and at the end of the week the ceremonial tree topping ceremonial took place, marking the completion of the towerโs final height.
Construction on the massive project began in 2019 and is set to be complete in early 2022. The residential units within the building are priced starting at $900,000 and go up from there, into the multimillion-dollar range.
Now, just because we know you might be wondering where Eleven will stand when it comes to the tallest buildings in the Minneapolis skyline, it will be the seventh tallest building in Minneapolis taking that title from RBC Plaza. It will also officially take the title of being the tallest residential building within the State of Minnesota.
Eleven is being co-developed by Luigi Bernardi of Arcadia LLC and Ryan Companies. Interior design work for the residential units is being completed by Peterssen/Keller Architects and Martha Dayton Design with the units being constructed by John Kraemer & Sons and Streeter Homes. Units within the building are being marketed by John Wanninger, Kevin Mullen, and Ben Ganje from Lakes Sothebyโs International Realty.
Eleven is located at 1111 W River Parkway and is set to be complete in early 2022 with residents anticipated to begin moving in mid 2022.
