ELEVEN RACES TOWARDS FINAL HEIGHT

Only four floors remain until Eleven reaches its final floor height.

Work currently is underway on level 37 of the 41 story, 550’ tower which is located along W River Parkway in the Mill District. When complete, the building will be home to 118 condos, 12,300 square feet of commercial space and 425 indoor parking spaces.

While there may only be four habitable floors left to construct, you can expect the tower to still get quite a bit taller, a little over 100’ taller if you’re keeping track. If you're wondering where all that height is going to well, the “crown”, otherwise known as the top non-inhibited portion of the tower, is about 40 feet tall itself. While the space will not contain any residential units, it will contain space for mechanical equipment and the exterior will serve as a decorative, lit, focal piece for the tower.

When it comes to the tallest buildings in Minneapolis, Eleven will take the #7 spot from RBC Plaza (539’). Eleven will also secure the #1 spot when it comes to the tallest residential buildings in the state, taking that spot from The Carlyle (469’).

Eleven was designed by New York-based Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and is the firm's second project in the Midwest after One Bennett Park in Chicago. Eleven is being co-developed by Luigi Bernardi of Arcadia LLC and Ryan Companies with Ryan Companies also constructing the building. Units within the building are being marketed by John Wanninger, Kevin Mullen, and Ben Ganje with Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty. Interior design work for the residential units is being completed by PKA and Martha Dayton Design with the units being constructed by John Kraemer & Sons and Streeter Homes.
