TEAM BEHIND HELL'S KITCHEN OPENS NEW DOWNTOWN RESTAURANT

A new fast-casual restaurant from the team behind Hell’s Kitchen is now open in Downtown Minneapolis.

Hell’s Cafeteria offers an ever-changing assortment of comfort foods, a full-service coffee bar, and a small gift shop. Cyn Gerdes and the employees of Hell’s Kitchen are behind the new concept which is located in a space above Hell’s Kitchen that was formerly home to Angel Food Bakery which has since moved to St. Louis Park.

The new quick-service restaurant offers daily specials, themed days, and a large all-day menu that includes breakfast items, burgers, sandwiches, salads, beer and cocktails, and so much more. The menu also features cafeteria standard items like square pizza, smashed burgers, tater tots, soups, and salads and even some dishes that are on the full Hell’s Kitchen menu downstairs. The restaurant publishes a monthly calendar on their website that shows all of the daily cafeteria line specials along with what’s available daily when it comes to food and beverages.

The renovated space includes kiosks where guests will place their order and then proceed down a retro cafeteria line to get their food. Guest are able to enjoy their food and drinks in a casual community setting within Hell’s Cafeteria or take it to go.

Hell’s Cafeteria is located at 86 S 9^th Street and is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 2:30pm.
