STUDIO ME FITNESS TO MOVE TO NEW LOCATION
A local boutique fitness studio is moving to a new home in Northeast.
Studio ME Fitness will begin construction soon on a new studio on the ground floor of NordHaus near the corner of 1st Avenue NE and University Avenue NE. When complete, their current studio (which is just a few blocks away on SE Main Street) will move to the new location.
The 2,500 square foot space that Studio ME Fitness will occupy will be located next to The Good Clinic and will feature 20’ tall ceilings. The space when built out will include a large open training space, two restrooms, showers and also a mezzanine with lounge area and virtual/private training space. The Gold Group, a Minneapolis-based real estate company, represented the new lease which will fill a space that was being marketed by BCRE.
Studio ME Fitness’ new location will be located at 305 1st Avenue NE. Construction is set to begin next month and is anticipated to be complete in July.
