A new Mexican restaurant by local Entrepreneur Steele Smiley is set to open in the heart of the North Loop.
Paco & Lime Mexican Kitchen will debut one of their first locations later this year within the recently completed mixed-use project βThe Duffey.β The new location is planned to open within a sub-level retail space at the corner of Washington Avenue N and 6th Avenue N according to leasing documents for the building.
Paco & Lime is focused on inspiring wellness and paving a path for individuals to live a better life. The restaurant will spark well-being through great food, a curated aesthetic, and an exhilarating ambience. The menu at Paco & Lime will include both meat and plant-based options including tacos, burritos, tostadas, nachos, margaritas and more.
Paco & Lime is the third for Smiley after Crisp & Green and Stalk & Spade. Stalk & Spade will also open later this year directly next door to Paco & Lime in The Duffey while Crisp & Green has a location on the other end of the block.
Paco & Lime will be located at 528 N Washington Avenue in the North Loop.
