OUTDOOR VOICES TO OPEN MINNEAPOLIS LOCATION

A company that’s become famous for their activewear is setting up shop in the North Loop.

Outdoor Voices will open later this year on the ground floor of Colonial Warehouse in a space that was most recently home to Grethen House. The 1,182 square foot store will sell women’s and men’s activewear that includes clothing, shoes, and accessories.

Outdoor Voices “makes activewear for Doing Things Daily” such as dog walks, running, tennis and yoga according to the company’s website. The company was founded out of a love for sports and athletics and is known for their kits which include a collection of tops and bottoms that a customer can mix and match for one bundled price.

Outdoor Voices was founded in 2013 in New York City and is now headquartered in Austin, TX. The company has 12 stores across the United States with the North Loop location being the first location for the company in Minnesota. The Minneapolis location will be located directly across the street from competitor Lululemon, which opened in the North Loop in 2019.
