New Details Emerge on Washington Avenue Tower
New details have emerged on a large mixed-use project planned along N Washington Avenue.
Last week we reported that developer CA is planning on constructing a 27-story building on a site that is located at 17 N Washington Avenue. Last night the developer shared new details and presented preliminary plans along with renderings of the project to the DMNA.
ESG Architecture & Design is responsible for the design of the new building. Plans for the building include 429 residential units, 4,800 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 368 indoor parking spaces.
Additional details on the proposal for 17 N Washington Avenue will be available later this fall.
