F45 TRAINING TO OPEN IN DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS

F45 Training is almost ready to open their second Minneapolis location.

The new location for the fitness chain will be located in Downtown Minneapolis on the ground floor of 365 Nicollet. F45 will occupy space at the corner of S Marquette Avenue and S Fourth Street and will be the first business to open within the retail space at 365 Nicollet.

F45 is known for their functional training (that’s what the “F” stands for) which is a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts. Their training sessions provide a true full body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength and endurance. Each 45-minute class is conducted in a team training environment and burns up to 750 calories.

F45 will be located at 365 Nicollet Mall and is anticipated to open in late spring.
