Minnehaha Academy is proposing significant updates to their existing athletic field, including synthetic turf, new lights, bleachers, and a scoreboard. To move forward with the project, Minnehaha Acadamy has applied for several variances and a conditional use permit to address increased light pole heights, bleacher placement, and impervious surface limits. These updates are intended to enhance the functionality of the field for school and community events, with the potential for leasing to outside groups during spring and summer.
