Qdoba Mexican Grill opens their one of a kind store with a one of a kind opening

Burrito lovers have another reason to celebrate as Qdoba Mexican Grill officially opens their doors today to their new location at 1020 Woodland Avenue in the Shops at Bluestone. This will be Qdoba's 14th Minnesota location and also one of the first in the country to debut a new store prototype design.

So being this store is one of the first of it's kind... there is also going to be a pretty special opening day to go along with this special location. Qdoba will be open today from 4pm to 9pm. Yes, it may not be normal store hours but there is good reasoning for it. Qdoba has partnered with Mentor Duluth, a mentor program that matches positive adults with youth between the ages of 5 and 18. Qdoba will be donating ALL proceeds from tonight's sales to this wonderful organization.

Here's what is even cooler about this special opening event. All orders from the night will function on a "Pay what you want" basis. This means that the price of your meal is up to you. Pay as little, or as a much as you want, but remember that 100% of the proceeds will be going to Mentor Duluth.

So, this means bring your wife, kids, cousins, grandparents... pretty much EVERYBODY...and introduce them to Qdoba today because not only is there wonderful food, but more so there's a wonderful cause you can help contribute to.

Qdoba will rollout their normal business hours on Tuesday, July 22nd and will be open from 7am - 11pm Monday through Saturday, and 7am-10pm on Sundays.

You might be asking yourself "Why in the world is a Mexican grill opening so early?" Well, they're also going to have breakfast everyday from 7am to 10:30am. So needless to say, this place will be pretty popular with all the college students near by.
