LUXURY APARTMENTS COMING TO DOWNTOWN DULUTH

A new luxury apartment building is on the rise in Downtown Duluth.

CityView Flats is currently under construction at 333 N 1st Avenue W in the Central Hillside neighborhood. The site is located just a short walk from Canal Park and Downtown Duluth and offers picturesque views of Lake Superior and the Downtown Skyline.

The new $18 million, five-story residential building will be home to 105 luxury apartments that will range in size and include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. While most units within the building will rent at market-rate ten have been set aside as affordable housing units and will be rent restricted.

The new building will be filled with amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sauna, a rooftop party room and also a large outdoor terrace complete with fire pits, grilling stations and an outdoor hot tub. Indoor heated parking will be provided on one level of underground space within the building.

MBJ Development is the developer constructing the project. The company is based out of Minneapolis and has completed a number of development projects within the Twin Cities and Northland.

Leasing is already underway with construction expected to be complete this September.
