A St. Paul-based, female-run roastery is setting up shop in Downtown Minneapolis.
Vitality Roasting will open their first coffee shop location on the skyway level of the Six Quebec building located at 601 S Marquette Avenue.
The new location, which will occupy a space that was formerly home to Dunn Brothers Coffee which closed in 2019, is anticipated to open as soon as next week.
The female-run, small-batch roastery was founded in 2018 by Keli Gilbertson. The company opened the doors to their roastery on University Avenue in the South St. Anthony Park neighborhood that very same year.
Vitality Roasting is a company with a passion for enriching local communities and strives to be a zero-waste operation. By utilizing a small-batch roasting process, the company is able to ensure every bean is meticulously roasted to perfection which allows for the highest quality product. Today the company sells a number of different blends including light, dark, single-origin and multi-blended offerings.
Vitality Roasting is located at 601 S Marquette Avenue in Downtown Minneapolis.
