The North Loop is about to get its first craft distillery and cocktail lounge.

Designed by Little Box Inc, the interior of STILHEART will feature a historic, yet modern setting with tall ceilings, exposed wood columns and beams and a number of sleek and eclectic furniture pieces. The space will include not one, but two bars (one on each level) and multiple seating areas.
16 unique tap cocktails will be offered including twists on classic cocktails and a number of modern cocktails. In addition, STILHEART will serve low and no-proof drinks along with a limited number of drinks that were created in partnership with Bittercube Bitters.
The new distillery concept is being developed in partnership with Bittercube Bitters and Lawless Distilling Co.
Kirsten Karnitz will be the individual heading up STILHEART, she previously was with Lawless Distilling Co. and earlier this year left to work on the new venture. Jeff Fricke will be brought on board as the Head Distiller while also continuing to lead distilling operations at Lawless Distilling Co. In 2020, Lawless will focus on growth initiatives that include a site expansion and, in the future, will collaborate with STILHEART.
B2 Builders has already begun construction on STILHEART with work anticipated to be complete before the yearβs end.
