Construction of a boutique residential building has made major progress in the St. Anthony West neighborhood in Northeast Minneapolis.
Verso is well under construction at 110 6th Avenue NE, just a block away from Boom Island Park and BF Nelson Park. The new, four-story residential building will eventually be home to 29 apartment units along with 13 parking spaces.
Verso will not only offer access to the Minneapolis Park System in the backyard of each of its luxury apartments, but it also will offer an extremely convenient location not far from Downtown Minneapolis. To top it off, the building will include a number of designer touches that will help aid to each apartment becoming a picturesque home.
Units within the building will range in size from 394 to 1,815 square feet and will feature studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and penthouse layouts. Each of the four, ground-floor units within the building will feature 2-story walk-up layouts that will include two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The middle floors will consist of studio and one-bedroom layouts, while the top floor of the building will feature a number of different unit sizes including two penthouse units.
The project will include seven surface and six indoor parking spaces for a total of 13 total parking spaces which will be accessed via 6th Avenue NE.
Verso, which was designed by Collage Architects, will be clad in multiple colors of metal paneling, fiber cement lap siding, corrugated metal panel and split face CMU block when complete. Verso is being developed by Left Lane Corporation, Trew Capital and the current owner of the existing duplex that was previously on site.
