DOWNTOWN DUAL BRANDED HOTEL PROJECT NEAR FINAL HEIGHT

Topping out soon. CAMBRiA Hotel and Fairfield Inn.

Work is underway on the final floor of the six-level building located at 41 N 10^th Street in the Downtown West neighborhood. When complete later this year, the building will be home to a 100-room Fairfield Inn and a 115-room CAMBRiA Hotel.

Hawkeye Hotels is the developer behind the project which was designed by Base4 and is being constructed by Stahl Construction. JR Hospitality will manage the two hotels once complete. The project will add two new hotels to the Downtown market where other hotels such as the Rand Tower Hotel and Hyatt Centric have recently opened and where Tru by Hilton, Home2 Suites, and the Four Seasons Minneapolis are all also under construction.

Work on 41 N 10th Street is anticipated to be complete in mid 2021.
