A European-based clothing retailer will open their first Minnesota location in the North Loop.

Scotch & Soda will open later this year at the corner of Third Avenue N and N First Street in a portion of what was formerly the Muse Event Center.

The new 2,220 square foot location will be the first in the state for the clothing retailer. While a freestanding location hasn’t been in the state, the company’s products have been sold at various retailers such as MartinPatrick3 down the block.

Scotch & Soda offers men, women, and kids clothing collections that include eclectic statements, richly detailed essentials, and more. The company creates original designs with clever functionality to bring customers a modern, versatile wardrobe that stands the test of time. Scotch & Soda also offers a premium denim range β€œAmsterdams Blauw” that is available in all their collections along with a selection of unique fragrances.

Each Scotch & Soda store location is uniquely different with no two locations being alike. The company has expanded to include nearly 250 locations across the world in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and the United States, with 40 locations in the U.S. alone.

The building that Scotch & Soda will open in is currently undergoing a renovation to transform it from an event center into retail and office space. Two more ground floor retail spaces are still available and actively being marketed by Element Commercial Real Estate.

Scotch & Soda is anticipated to open in Fall 2023 at 107 Third Avenue N Suite C in the North Loop.
